Dr. Erin

Dr. Erin Berg joined Big Sioux Veterinary Care in May 2016 following graduation from the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  She grew up near LaBolt, SD on a cow-calf operation with horses, dogs, and cats.  Prior to veterinary school, Dr. Berg attended SDSU to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a minor in Equine Studies.  Her interests include small animal dentistry and medicine, as well as equine preventative care.  Dr. Berg and her husband, Nick, enjoy spending time outdoors and caring for their several animals including 2 dogs, 2 horses, 1 cat, and 12 chickens.
